Amber Qureshi (pronounced UM-BER) is a Staff Attorney at the National Immigration Project (NIPNLG) and works on litigation and advocacy on a range of immigration enforcement issues, particularly those that impact low-income Arab, Middle Eastern, Muslim, and South Asian (AMEMSA) communities. At NIPNLG, she has served as counsel in several cases against the federal government for its treatment of immigrants and has published practice advisories and scholarship. She is a 2019 JD graduate of Yale Law School, where she studied and worked on issues related to immigration, Muslim civil rights, and international human rights law.
